Cancer Care to give cancer patients a personalized constellation tattoo

Cancer Care is giving cancer patients personalized cancer constellation tattoos to celebrate the arrival of a new Cancer Care Cancer Network.

Cancer Care CEO and founder Kevin L. O’Neill said Tuesday the constellation tattoos will come as part of a program called Cancer Care Tats.

The program will feature more than 1,000 cancer patients, and will be available starting this summer, O’Neil said in a statement.

Cancer care has been one of the fastest growing medical conditions in the country, and the number of people with cancer in the U.S. has grown by more than 10,000 percent since 2010.

Cancer can be diagnosed through a blood test, imaging or radiotherapy.

O and other Cancer Care executives say the new CancerCare Cancer Network will provide a unique opportunity for cancer patients to have personalized cancer care.

The constellation tattoos feature the logo of Cancer Care, and O and Cancer Care are partnering to help people who may not otherwise have access to personalized care receive it.

O is the former CEO of Lava, the first and only company to offer personalized cancer treatment.
